“I booked with Wiber a car for 9 days. I got a nice car. Relatively new, but clean and in perfect shape. I had the all inclusive rate. And process to get the car and return it was very smooth. The only negative part - when I arrived in the airport I had to wait about 30 minutes to have place in a minivan to go to the parking. I was very close to cancel my booking and to go by bus! So maybe you can adjust a bit this part.”

The car was immaculate, with delivery mileage, and was very well equipped with lots of modern features. “I rented a car from this company. I want to tell you that it was very simple, they picked you up from the airport (small buses came every 15 minutes) and took you to the rental place, paid for the documents and it didn't take more than 10 minutes. I received a beautiful and almost new car (3000km). I highly recommend it, a very serious company, they kept a deposit of 500 lei in case you didn't bring the car with the fuel the same way you got it, that deposit is refunded in 2 days. The rental price also included full insurance. I recommend 5 stars.”

“We hired a car here for a short break because it was a good price. Always makes me think there will be a hidden price. On arrival we went to the collection point, there were only two mini busses on loops despite an active location app showing upto four. We waited ages as they didn’t have enough staff often seats in the vehicles to transport the customers to the car hire location. When we got there, again we waited as only 3 of the 6 booking agent stands in use. I got a strange look as I didn’t take the extra insurance, as though it was a huge mistake and I would regret it. Was also a screen to provide a review on trip advisor, where you simply click on upto 10 stars. I clicked on the red cross as I didn’t want to rate my service already, only to be informed by the agent that it was for the service of him completing my check in and handing me a key… not sure why this should be rated and assumed it was to gain better reviews. Got the keys, took pictures in the dark and drove off. On return it was so much easier and quicker. They will inspect every inch of your car, so make sure you upload/take photos for peace of mind before driving your car away on collection. Overall not bad, need more staff and better pick up service and it could be great”
